The Historic House set on the foot of a mountain, covered with lush green vegetation and linked by a low range of hills behind it. Front of the house is surrounded with the low fence made by traditional Korean "Giwa" tiles, so the house looks like being one with nature.

At the side of Sancheonjeongsa, there is a walking trail that can walk around the Historic House along the flank of the mountain for 40 minutes, and walking in the woods a little bit, you can see a clean stream flowing.

Moreover, there is a Dullegil Trail of an hour and a half walking distance that can look round Nakdonggang Riverside from the Historic House to Andong Dam and Woryeonggyo Bridge.

This course gives enough stunning views to be unsparing of their praise which both tourists and citizens call it the best Dullegil Trail.

Also, within 20 minutes’ walk of the house, there are Andong Folk Museum, KBS Drama Studio, Andong Dam, Andong Folk Village, etc.
